All our products are made to order.
Generally we aim to complete & dispatch orders within 2 – 4 Working Days.
Priority Orders will be dispatched within 1 Working Day (select option at checkout – *extra fee £2.50).
Working days are Monday – Friday *Excluding Bank Holidays.
Priority Orders placed before 11AM will be dispatched the Same Working Day.
Priority Orders placed after 11AM will be dispatched the Next Working Day.
This option is only available for standard prints.
We will send you a notification via email to let you know once your order has been completed.
As soon as your order has been dispatched the Estimated Times we would then expect your order to arrive are as follows.
All orders are sent via 1st Class Postage: Estimated 1 – 3 Working Days.
*Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
Free UK Delivery
We offer Free delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland for orders over £60 (Free postage option must be selected during checkout).
For orders less than £60 the shipping charges are as follows for 1st Class..
A5 Print – £3.25 + £0.15 per extra item.
A4 Print – £3.25 + £0.25 per extra item.
A3 Print – £5.95 + £0.25 per extra item.
A5 Frame – £3.95 + £1.00 per extra item.
A4 Frame – £4.95 + £1.00 per extra item.
A3 Frame – £5.95 + £1.00 per extra item.
A2 Print – £4.95 + £0.50 per extra item.
A2 Frame – £9.50
We now offer local collection from our premises in Plymouth.
If you choose the option to collect your order it will be ready for collection within 2 Working Days.
*Priority Orders are guaranteed to be ready for collection within 1 Working Day (select option at checkout – *extra fee £2.50).
Collection Times are Monday – Friday 9AM – 4PM.
Priority Orders placed before 11AM: Will be ready for collection the Same Working Day.
Priority Orders placed after 11AM: Will be ready for collection the Next Working Day.

Problems with your order?
We want total 100% satisfaction for our customers. We will always do our best to sort any problems for you as quickly as possible.
Please contact us via email quoting your order number if there is any issue with your order.
Replacements will be offered for damaged goods or any mistakes on our part.(please provide photo evidence, so we can deal with your issue swiftly).
Any returns must first be approved by us.
We will not be held liable for buyers mistakes, including text errors or poor quality images provided when placing an order.
However, we have every sympathy that mistakes do sometimes occur, so please let us know if this has happened as we will always try & help in some way.
Returning your item/s
All returns must first be approved by us.
If your return is accepted, your item/s must be returned complete & including all packaging as sent + the packing slip (which includes your order number) within 30 days for refunds to be valid.
The buyer must pay for any return postage costs.
Any approved refunds will be issued to the account you made the purchase as soon as we have received the item/s back (no later than 7 days after received).
